About Hausline
A new East Midlands removals brand, built the right way.
Hausline was founded by two people who love this work and were tired of watching the industry get away with sloppy service, vague quotes and slow replies. Everything you see here is the opposite of that — and it's what we owe every customer who trusts us with their home.
Our story
We started Hausline after years of hearing the same story from friends, family and neighbours: quotes that changed on the day, crews that didn't turn up on time, damaged furniture with no real accountability. We knew removals could be done properly — because we'd been doing it properly for other people for years.
So we built a company around the things that actually matter to customers: honest, fixed pricing in writing. A founder on every job. Proper insurance. Quick, human replies from someone who actually knows your move. And a genuine standard of care from the first phone call to the last box in the right room.
We're a small team on purpose. It's how we keep the standard.
What we cover
We're based in Derby and cover the East Midlands as standard — Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire — including Derby, Nottingham, Burton, Chesterfield, Leicester, Loughborough and Mansfield. Long-distance moves throughout England are undertaken on request and individually quoted.
