Step 02 — Survey
Video or in-home walkthrough.
A senior mover surveys your home — in person or via a guided video call — noting access, fragile items, disassembly and parking. You see the plan before you pay a penny.

Step 03 — Booking
Your date, locked and confirmed.
A £50 deposit secures your slot. You receive a written confirmation, a named move coordinator and a direct line — not a call centre.

Step 04 — Packing
Museum-grade materials, methodically labelled.
The day before (or morning of), our packing crew wraps, boxes and labels every item by room. Fragile pieces get bespoke crating. Nothing is thrown into a box.

Step 05 — Home protection
Floors, corners, banisters — all shielded.
Before a single box moves, we lay floor runners, corner guards and door protectors. Your home leaves the day in the same condition it started.

Step 06 — Transit
GPS-tracked, temperature-considered, insured to £50k.
Our matte-black Luton vans are load-locked, air-ride suspended and tracked live. You get a link to follow the van in real time — because waiting shouldn't mean wondering.

Step 07 — Unpack & place
Beds built. Kitchens stocked. Kettle on.
We don't just dump boxes in the hallway. Furniture is reassembled, beds are made, kitchens are unpacked to your plan. You walk into a home — not a warehouse.

Step 08 — The handshake
A final walk-through, then we're gone.
Your coordinator walks the home with you, checks the inventory, answers questions and hands you a 30-day aftercare number. Two days later, we call to check in.
