Terms & Conditions

These are the standard terms on which Hausline Ltd provides removals, packing and storage services. A signed job sheet or accepted written quote forms the contract between us.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If circumstances change materially on the day, we may need to adjust — we'll always discuss before extra charges apply.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, bank transfer and cash.

Insurance & liability

We carry £10m public liability and £50k Goods in Transit cover. Certain items (jewellery, cash, documents) should be transported by you personally.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your booked date. Later cancellations may incur a 20% fee.
