How far in advance should I book?+

2–4 weeks is ideal for weekends and month-ends. We regularly accommodate same-week bookings during quieter periods.

Are you insured?+

Yes — £10m public liability and £50k Goods in Transit as standard. Higher cover available on request.

Do you pack for us?+

Yes. Full pack, part pack (fragiles only), or DIY with our materials. Just let us know when quoting.

What happens if it rains?+

We move regardless — floor protection, waterproof covers and blanket wrapping keep everything safe and dry.

Do you handle pianos or safes?+

Yes. Our senior crews specialise in heavy and awkward items, including upright pianos, safes up to 500kg and pool tables.

How do you calculate the price?+

Volume, distance, access (stairs, lifts, parking) and any extras. We'll always quote a fully-loaded price — never a per-hour surprise.

Do I pay a deposit?+

No deposit required for local moves. Larger jobs may require 20% to secure the date, refundable up to 48hrs before.

What if my move is delayed on the day?+

We build buffer into our schedule. If completion moves by a day, we work with you at no extra cost.
