Every mover holds a valid Basic DBS certificate and photo ID. Ask to see them on the doorstep — we expect you to.

The written guarantees

These aren't marketing lines. They're clauses in the quote you sign. If we don't meet one, the remedy is already written.

Fast, honest response

A founder replies personally, usually within the hour between 7am–9pm. If we're running late on the day, we call ahead — always.

Fixed price, in writing

The number you're quoted is the number you pay. No day-of surprises, no per-hour creep, no fuel surcharges.

Care promise

If we damage something, we repair or replace it within 14 days — no arguments.

Locked-in launch pricing for our first customers. Same crew, same standards, honest starter price.

Our complaint process

If anything goes wrong, we acknowledge within 24 hours, investigate within 5 working days and resolve within 14. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution provider — details supplied with your quote.
